Available for rehoming - Skyla (does know her name)
Skyla has been handed over to us due to her owners serious health condition so they are unable to care for her properly. We have been told she is KC registered but are awaiting paperwork. She is a 17 months old Staffie, who was spayed today (24.5.22) and we also started her vaccinations, which had lapsed. She is a timid little dog who is a bit worried by the outside world so could do with living somewhere quiet in the a country/village area. She can live with children, although being timid 10+ would be ideal. In the home she does relax a lot more and like she did at the vets today, ended up having her tummy tickled most of the afternoon when she was in recovery from her op. She does not like cats and will chase them but she does get on with dogs. She is currently in foster with an elderly pug and does tell him off if he gets too much in her face. She walks well on the lead but seeks reassurance from time to time. Skylas adoption fee is £600 which includes the price of her spay and vaccinations. She needs her second jab in around 4 weeks at one of the Minster vets in the Newark area. If you are further afield, she will still need to go to your vets but this would be at your own expense - we would need proof her second vaccine had been done in the time needed. If you are interested in being considered to give Skyla her forever home, please ring the rescue between 11-3pm on 07808003152
