SKADI - Skadis fosterers wish to adopt her after she has been signed off by the vet

Updated: Dec 27, 2022

UPDATE - Skadi has been seen by our vet and he wants her to build up some muscle in her hind legs before seeing how she is walking after 6 weeks or so. Hes thinking shes just got muscle wastage through being at a shelter for a while, so needs to be walked regularly - is very happy to be too - and after that period of time she'll be rechecked. She settles well in her kennel and loves a fuss and to curl up in her bed at night.

Age -6YRS OLD. Fantastic with people but not brilliant with some other dogs although over a short period of time she has got used to some other dogs, male and female, being kennelled next to her. She has also walked with different dogs after being introduced slowly.

No good with cats. Lovely to walk on lead.

Would be best as an only dog

Our latest group have recently arrived from Bulgaria where they lived in a shelter having possibly been abandoned and found as strays.

Please call the rescue on 07808003152 between 11-3pm to arrange a viewing. We do not arrange viewings by email, texts or admin messages.
