Their Rescue History - The puppy was owner by a man who was mentally ill. She always accompanied him, off-lead, whenever he went. Sadly, at some point, he forgot that he owned a dog, and another man assumed responsibility for her. This man was alcohol dependent, and after a heavy night of drinking, left her chained on the street all night. At this point, Eva intervened and took her as she was essentially abandoned.
