UPDATE - Lizzy is a wary little girl who is good with people when she trusts. She may bark at people she doesn't know so would be better rehomed in a quiet home without young children. She shows signs of being nervous of being caught due to dog catchers using poles to trap the dogs. We have found that getting down to her level helps and she chooses too come closer to you each time she passes. When she lets you touch her she gains confidence and after a few minutes she lets you stroke her and then slowly pick her up. She sat on the sofa the first time we did this and promptly fell asleep wrapped in a towel.

Now she gets excited to see us and lets us catch her outside. We walks well and follows us round the secure paddock. She would live with another dog but best with a dog a bit larger and with a calm but confident demeanour.

Please ring the rescue if you like an appointment to view this dog. 07808003152 11-3pm. This is the only way we arrange viewings.
