UPDATE - We are getting Joseph used to walking on a harness. He is a bit stressed in kennels and doesn't like being away from human company, although does settle in an armchair when we're out of sight

Temperament - Joseph has been assessed at the Public shelter as being appropriate for rehoming in the UK. .
Their rescue story - Unfortunately, not a lot is known about the public shelter dogs’ history. Joseph was caught by the local dog catcher and was brought to the Public shelter for their owner to claim him. Sadly, no owner came forward, so he was ‘put up’ for adoption.
