Importation Ban Extended Yet Again

**** Ban extended Its with a heavy heart that we have to announce that the powers that be have decided to extend the ban on importing dogs from certain Eastern European countries, yet again until 29t.h October Our thoughts are with the staff and volunteers who have to walk past dogs/puppies in need of care who have been neglected, injured or are just unwanted anymore and put out on the streets., in the affected countries. These dogs have not asked to live in these conditions and their potential rescuers are often not able to help, as the rescues/kill shelters are bursting at the seams with literally 100's of dogs held together.

This has had an impact on our general income since April. We have managed to start working with a UK rescue in the North East and also a rescue in Bosnia (not in the EU) therefore adoption fees now vary depending on the age and where the dog has come from. Travel from Eastern Europe costs around £265 for each dog before any veterinary fees for vaccinations, neutering, microchip or flea/worming treatment have been added.

Please ask about our fees when you ring for extra information on a certain dog.

Below are some photos of dogs who we may be getting in the near future. Please keep an eye on the rehoming site or website for any new expected arrivals. Once the animals have arrived or are definitely expected their details will go live and you can apply for a viewing.
