And she’s been such a good mum to her 5 puppies.
Rescue Story - A kind man known to ALFA was feeding a young dog on the street, until he saw her being attacked by other dogs. He intervened and quickly took her to his home to keep her safe; she was obviously heavily pregnant. Two days later she gave birth to 5 puppies. She has been burnt on the bridge of her nose (an old wives tale in Romania, that burning the bridge will ward off distemper). The man homed 3 of the puppies and asked us to help home the mum and her two remaining female puppies.
