Halfway Home Dog Rescue

MONA is a middle-aged labrador cross girl. She is good with other dogs - she's in a foster home with 3 other dogs. Mona is a sprightly girl who is good walking onlead & happy to run of lead in the paddock with the other dogs. She travels well in the car. Mona quickly settled into her foster home & although she will get on the settee she will get down immediately if asked to. She was good & quiet in the house, sleeping happily in her crate overnight.
We originally thought that Mona might be older but when we let her off-lead in the paddock and saw how quickly (& easily) she could run we decided that she is probably only 6 - 7 years old instead!!
MONA again, just to so you can see that she's settled into a home routine immediately - she will make someone lovely companion
SKYE (she was Daisy when we had her in Rescue). We rehomed her last year, sadly her owners are no longer able to look after her properly so they want to rehome her. Skye is a young lively lurcher type girl. Please get in touch if you'd like to meet her - see the note below the photo from her owner giving more details.
Update from her owner "Skye is fine with other dogs, just wants to play all the time. Loves children but jumps and gets excited so can scare younger children but again just wants to play all the time. She does pull on her lead but is good at waiting at crossings etc, loves to be let off her lead and never wanders far from you and always returns when called or whistled. Don't think she likes cats but hasn't really come into contact with them. Skye doesn't like being left alone so best to keep things out of her reach, saying that she never barks when left and rarely barks even when on walks etc".
SUGAR - rehomed
